When is business Weee the same as household Weee?

News Text:

Business Weee Waste (waste electronical equipment) can now be classed in certain circumstances as household.  Ideal and easy to get recycled at our two drop off centres if you have items that would be at a private household and in similar volume.

Examples are a kettle, a computer, a TV set, fridge and so on.  If you are disposing such items from your business and in the correct number (like one fridge rather than 50).
